We also took an excursion to Mombasa's Old Town, the site of Fort Jesus. The old fort was built in the 17th century by the Portuguese.

After our workshop at two branches in Mombasa, we rented two paddle boats for an excursion around Tudor Bay on the Indian Ocean. Elder Scott discovered an abandoned fishing net from which he retrieved two nice fish. We gave the largest to some boys in another boat who were asking for food. They were surprised when Elder Scott handed them the large fish. It was probably the only Queenfish landed from a paddle boat. The second, smaller fish, was cooked up for dinner. Delicious!

Another Colobus tries to stay hidden behind tree branch but his tail gives him away.
A rare moment when the Colobus Monkey is sitting down. Most of the time it jumps or runs from one branch to another.
